Chelsea Sioxson Laxa, MA, BCBA
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience in center-based, in-home, and school settings. My educational experience consists of a masters degree in Special Education and a bachelors degree in Psychology. I am skilled in curriculum and instruction development, IEP writing, behavioral assessments, professional development trainings, crisis prevention intervention and parent education.
I am also the Founder and Executive Director of a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing inclusive, recreational arts programs. I am particularly interested in researching & applying organizational behavior management across human service organizations and leadership teams. I believe that the science of behavior analysis can create positive, social change for individuals of all abilities, especially when addressed within a multi-disciplinary model.
